[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — False billings | |||||
ACT Fibernet a service provided by Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has multiple plans for consumers. I have am on the plan that allows for 100GB of data usage in a month. However not even ten days into my billing cycle I get a notification from the company saying that i have exhausted my entire bandwidth. This I believe to be false, as I have been out of town for four out of the ten days. Further to this this is the same situation that arose last year when I was on the 60GB bandwidth plan. Believing that 60GB was insufficient owing to the frequency with which I received updates saying my bandwidth was exhausted, I upgraded to the 100GB plan. I believe Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is falsely claiming the exhaustion of bandwidth, in order to get customer to increase their billings. Was this information helpful? | |||||
