I have been following up with ACT and team for the past 1 month and its been utter chaos.
1. Early 1st week of July 2020, I request for a name change and they agree to get it done. So I forward all the necessary documents.
2. No reply for 2 weeks and I followup. I get a reply that it is not possible due to COVID 19 situations.
3. I call them again and this time they promise to get it done since I was no longer interested in ACT if the name change is no complete.
4. I wait for the entire month as ACT team promised the name to be updated in the next month (August 2020) cycle.
5. To my surprise, I do not see the name updated.
Its with great disappointment and Im truly ashamed to be a part of a company that cannot keep up to its words and takes customers for granted. Was this information helpful? |
