ACT Fibernet — Frequent disconnection | |||
I subscribed for ACT fibernet on Nov 6 and got the connection on Nov 11. All the process went smoothly till then and the sales person said there wont be any disconnection at all. During the rains in Chennai, the connection is not stable at all. Internet was totally down on November 13 and was restored after frequent calls to Customer care on November 14th afternoon. Now the rains are gone and this is the second time in a week, I am getting disconnected from the internet. When I called the customer care, they say that "there is some problem with the junction box and technical people are looking into it. You issue will be resolved within 24 hours. I have informed the technical team about your issue. " I am working from home so I need stable connection to deliver my work to my company. This is the connectivity that I can depend on.
