ACT Fibernet — got the wrong bill

My Bill is supposed to be Rs.1131, Whereas they sent me a bill of Rs.1232. That was long before the due date, So it can't be the late fees.
I sent them multiple emails about this & They chose not to respond. I sent mail to Nodal officer & Appellate officer, Still I didn't get a reply. Now my internet connection is suspended because of non-payment.
Please help me with this.

Updated by Ajay George Why are you charging me 100rs extra, when the due date was 4 days later? Now my internet connection is suspended for your mistake.
I need my internet connection back.
