This team claims no responsibility for refunding prorated subscription charges when they have outages that last 12-20 hours. Families dependent on internet are left at their mercy.

ACT's internet service standard is extremely poor and low. Your attitude that a customer doesn't deserve a refund even when he suffers an outage for several hours (10-20 hours) during the day incurring a loss of work shows how low your standard is.
