[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Illegal installation charges for the existing customer in case of account holder name change | |||
I along with 4 colleague have been using beam services for the last 3 and half years .The account was registered with the name of one of our colleague who shifted to Pune and now we want to change the account holder name with other colleague name i.e. in the same location and same address. When I called to the customer care they are saying I need to pay installation charges again and need to take a new connection at the same address and for already existing setup. As this is my second complain, reason was, I couldn't see any reply(except asking registered mobile number and id) from them when I posted my first complain.
