An executive from ACT came collected documents and the monthly fee along with installation charges for the broadband to be setup about 2 and half weeks back . He promised that the connection would be installed within 5-7 days . After 10 days i called the helpline where my complaint was registered and was promised by the representative that it would be done within 24 hours . I havent heared from anyone as yet . If they cant do it they should not collect the money and make people wait . I could hav taken a different broadband service by now if i had not made payments .
