I have taken airtel xstream fibernet connection on March 31st, 2022 by 8.50 am. I paid Rs. 2828 (799 plan for 3 months) through their airtel payments app. I was promised by the airtel agent that the installation will be done the same day. I received a message from airtel that the installation will be done by 12 pm by their engineer, but no one came for installation. I called the airtel agent multiple times, but he is not even taking my calls. It has been 2 days, but I am still waiting for my installation and there is no response from airtel fibernet customer support. Please provide connection or refund the payment.
