ACT Fibernet — Installation pending from last 14 days

I have taken ACT Broadband and paid Rs 1679 /- (1 month usage fee+ installation charges), But till 6th of May, 2015 installation is pending and no response from their side. Complaint Number : [protected] raised on 2nd May Still stands unresolved till date(6th May). I have requested to cancel my connection and refund the money but still no response or action taken from their side. Also I raised my concern on their face book page but all in vain:- "Dear Act, I am cancelling my installation request. Kindly refund the amount. Already dropped a mail to your [protected]@acttv.in and helpdesk on this.
