ACT Fibernet — Installation & Refund - Act Fibernet Account No.[protected]

I paid Rs.4130/- on 5th May but the installation was not done 6th and 7th, Then I asked them to cancel & refund the amount. The refund is not done till now and they are delaying it everyday in spite of calling the call center its of no help
