Hi,
My internet cable was cut on 22/03/2020(don't know who did it) & i raised a query on 23/03/2020 with an expected resolution stated as 23/03/2020 at 6:00PM. But, the issue was never resolved i have been calling the customer support team(who r the worst i have seen) who have been saying the issue will be resolved in 24hrs since last Sunday i.e. 23/03/202 & its 26th as of now but, still the cable hasn't been fixed. The far more worse scenario is that a useless technical team member called me & informed that a technical person will be arriving at my location by the end of day but, none of them have showed up till now.
Thought that ACT was best but, now i regret my decision of going for ACT. U guys are really a scamming company who just steal money from customers & make them the victim o[censored]r endless stupid problems.
Shame on u people. U people should be imprisoned for the scam u r doing.
Now coming to the point u guys need to fix this ### problem ASAP & have some toll free numbers. U ### r one of the worst. Was this information helpful? |
