ACT Fibernet — internet not for 10 days lastime, and now 5 days teams are very lazy in resolving issue takes around 1 week to resolve any issue | |||||
Act fibernet service is worst in the internet, they have taken more than 10days to resolve of internet not working last 20 days back and no one responses properly and resolving issue. Even nodal team also very least bothered about the concerns of the customer. Keep on delaying on the issue we face. I prefer any of people who is looking to take new connection not to act fibernet because they don't respond at all and if any issue occurs they take 3 to 4days to repond and around 7 to 8 to resolve no matter how many escalation tickets you raise they are least bothered. I need proper justification to my amount which i have paid to act. I don't want to continue with act anymore and i need my money back which i have paid for total 6 months. Internet connection not, working since 4 days, repeated complaints, but no reply, on calling customer care number we have to wait from 5-10 minutes as they are busy with other customers, after waiting was told it will be fixed in 24 hours, but till now nothing has been done...very very bad service
