The said complaint was raised on 31-10-23, issue not resolved till this time. The local team person had been contacted yesterday. He will look into the issue today, but he is not picking the call and issue not yet resolved.
Yesterday the technicians were attending the fault in the entire street for relaying of cable. That time also intimated to the technician but he is irresponsive and ignored the customer. Today the team person also ignoring the call of the customer and behaving irresponsive. This is the bad attitude from the technician as well as the executive. Immediate action to be taken to attend the issue
