internet was not working from 3rd december, but after considering and giving time to the service provider i have raised a complaint on dec11th and no one turned up to resolve the issue also i called the customer care
but no responsefrom them but i get a default answer of floor manager will call back .
but the act end users in my area was getting internet. even my next street people wer using the same service provider. after that we decided to take a new connection on 26th december after requesting for a new connection
in the same address and different name,
we got the internet connection within 5 hours of applying and paying for 6 months, at the same time the old customers are not serviced for the new connection a 6 member team came and gave the new connection .
but the new internet connection was working only on 27th december and after that am trying to reach the team, but no one is answering or resolving the issue, even from both the technical, customer care and also the sales team.
now when i try to open from my old account the account is closed under the non payment of bill which is absolutely a wrong reason.
