My cust id :[protected] internet stopped working on friday 29 th may 2020, at 4. Pm or so, after receiving a message from act broadband that one of their links is down and it will be rectified within 3 hrs. When internet was not back, i raised complaint @ 10.30 pm sr [protected]. But internet still not working till date 02 june 2020, act broadband has not even called once to update on the issue!! Such pathetic company even nodal officer is a joke!! Customer support no [protected], i get always busy tone, even at midnight!! Alternate no [protected] is not reachable!! Come on act was claiming to be best broadband provider few days ago during lock down, what happened suddenly now? Act is always very poor in terms of customer support, never get new act connection, bcos internet we will get only if issues are resolved at the mercy of act support team!! Please read this complaint i[censored] want to buy new act connection, think twice, especially for your business, do it at your own risk!!
Its high time when govt. Should make rules for these isp to pay fine if internet not working beyond 2 -3 days, when they charge late payment fees from customers even if we delay for 1 day!! Was this information helpful? |
