I wish to complain regarding the Internet Outage issue.

I am complaining because I have first raised the issue on 8th July, 8:00 AM. Since, then I had 15 follow-ups from my end but the insensitive customer care does not even have any courtesy or own any responsibility other than reading the same script every time. The customer care has broken its assurance 8 times regarding the commitment for the resolution. This a shame on you, and none of your technician picks up the call nor does visit the site to confirm the resolution or to understand the issue.
Another bigger concern of torturing the customer by making him to wait for 1 hour to reach the escalation desk, but the customer still has to keep waiting as the escalation team is still not available after 1 hour too. I have never come across such pathetic, insensitive customer care service ever in my life.
The problem is not resolved nor the technician visited the site to understand and solve the problem.
I have been communicating that I am working from my home and internet is crtitical for my job but still the insensitive customer care has the same arrogant approach further frustrating the customer.
Loss to Me:
Three days of No Internet service
400 minutes of calls which is atleast 600 rupees.
Further the frustration caused because of waiting over the call for 400 minutes and what not.
I want you to get back to me with a explanation or I will have to resort to legal route to get this sorted out. Was this information helpful? |
