Ticket # sr[protected] the ticket was raised on[protected] and has a 24hrs resolution timeframe. Its been almost 4 days and the issue is not resolved and i haven't received any communication for the resolution time as well. The customer care numbers are not reachable, when connected they gave false promise of an issue getting resolved on monday by 6 pm. Yet the issue persists. It's affecting my work from home and i am forced to go to the office because of this issue. Now that the covid19 cases are rising, because of these irresponsible services, we are forced to go out of our house leaving us no choice.
Pathetic service and customer service. None of the customer service numbers work nor do they reply to the emails. Was this information helpful? |
