Junction box was removed from my area and it has been 4 days since any internet connection or backup provided
They have abruptly removed the connection and no one is picking up the calls now.
The customer service number is a waste of time as no one over there knows what to do in this situation and only provide fake promises

Updated by harish chowdary1 Ur cs team had put my ca on hold for 15-20 mins and when i didn't cut the call they called me back and again went mute stating that its an issue with my network which was not the case.
I asked for a escalation contact/email however none were provided. Its just a waste of time and energy.
Pls refund my amount and remove the connection. I'll happily opt for airtel/jio which are far more affordable and with great cs support team
