[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — late fee charged on purpose | |||||
Made payment on time but late fee charged because act did not received it and amount debited from bank and when payment made again after ticket resolved then their is a late fee because it was after the due date. Now the bill shows a late fee which i wanted to discuss with the customer care but they never respond and the call waits for don't know what reason i have the screenshots of making call to customer care for many days This is harassment to customers and as per govt guidelines act should be penalised and should be dragged to the court.
