Hi sir this is Bhanu reddy I have requested for new connection in alkapuri area near lb Nagar and I jmhave already paid amount for six months package inspite of providing me a connection dilsukhnagar branch employees are not taking my requests. I paid amount on 2nd July 2015 and from past 20days I have given several requests and complaints to customer care service but I haven't received any call or service from beam. I have visited tarnaka branch and dilsukhnagar branch personally to register a complaint but I haven't received any support from these offices also.
