I got the status "Network Cable Unplugged" in my computer which clearly means there is a fiber cut/cable disjoint somewhere, due to which I am not able to access internet from the last 4 days.
When I called the support people initially they raised a complaint #[protected] and been told that the issue will get resolved within 24 hrs. Pathetically issue dint resolved and I had to write up followup mails to "[protected]@actcorp.in" and keep on contacting the customer care over phone and ended up with the same answer "24 hrs". when I asked for the escalation point, they replied that they dont have any contacts handy.
But ACT Team are very active on sending reminder messages for bill payment. I dont know what these technicians are doing for resolving my issues as It is left open for 4 days and no solution provided.
