Called so many times to customer care and also escalation department people. No action is taken so far.
As am currently working remotely. I need to attend the client call today, which is a very important thing. If i missed this, am going to take very very serious action towards the entire act fiber net. The bloody account people are working or sleeping in the office? What the hell you people are doing?
