[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — new broadband connection | |
Dear team I have booked a new 6 months broad band connection vide account no[protected] on 29th apr. I have paid 7500 rs as a 6 month rental in advance. They confirmed that the connection will be givne in 3 to max 7 days as the movement of staff is restricted due to lock down. I also agreed. Now after the relaxation is given from 4th may they are not given the connection. When i contacted the call centre they sent the standard mail that please wait and they are not committing any details Then i contacted the person who concluded the deal ms tejaswini at mobile no [protected] from today morning and she told she will get back in 30 minutes but not responded. After 4 hours i called and she pretended that she is taking some senor person on call and kept the call on hold for 20 minutes and finally told some person will call you and disconnected the call without any confirmation,. Now i keep calling and made more than 50 calls and she is not picking the calls This is the response of the isp before providing the service then i an wondering after the connection is given how will be the performance and service. I have earlier heard so many stories about the company that they are not professional in work and they dont have nay respect to their customers which came true in my case Best regards Suraj.
