[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no connection provided even after paid the full amount. | |||
I have requested for new connection for my house in Narayanasamy Nagar, coimbatore. I have paid Rs. 4595. After that no one contacted me about the connection. Even if i call the service engineer there was no response. When i tried calling the customer care they just disconnected the call multiple times in-between when i was explaining the issue. And if again try calling customer care they are giving excuses like network issue and asking me to explain the problem again. Finally i asked them to cancel the new connection request and to reimburse the amount. No reply so far. Not able to contact customer care. When i tried contacting them in mail they just closed the ticket without any response.
