[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — No internet access

Hi Team, I am not able to access the internet. I called on customer care number, sent mail, i tried evry thing but my issue has not been resolved. I am facing this issue evry now and then. within last 20-25 days i am facing the problem twice or thrice. Last month for approximately 5 days i could not access the internet because it took lot of time for them to check and resolve the issue. I reopened the ticket twice and thrice then 6th day they resolve the issue. This weekend again similar kind of issue appeared and till now no response or resolution from customer care. Your service Sucks. I would like to inform you that i am not going to pay any bill and if you are not willing to resolve the issue permanently then i would suggest you to please go ahead and disconnect my connection, because why should i pay for a service which i am not getting correctly.My plan is 30mbps but i hardly get the speed of more than 1 or 2 mbps. customer number: 11224370 account number:1201062 Regards Mritunjay Kumar mob:+ 91 [protected]
