[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no internet access from past 3 days, but they are closing the complaint as resolved | |||
My act internet connection is not working from past 3 days, when i raised the complaint they closed the complaint stating that the issue is resolved, but till now i am unable to use internet. I have also 2nd complaint, raised a complaint regarding power backup issue for the internet for which they have installed a box in my home and they are taking power from my home, they installed a battery in the box. If the battery is gone then how much power it will consume? And we wont even get internet at the time of power cuts. We are keep on raising complaints to act team from past 5 months and till now the issue is not resolved. My account number is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
