Hi ACT Fibernet, It is been 4 days since you promised resolution in 24 hrs. I have been following with you each day & you had promised that someone will visit the premises 4 days back itself but till now no one turned up & still I have no connectivity. The neighbour's connection seems to be working so please do not give other excuses, rather come and fix the issue. I have been using your services for more than 5 years now, and you seem to have no value for your customers. Your service is in more pathetic situation now than it was 2 years back, when there were similar issues. Please fix the issue today or refund and close my account.
