I have disconnected ACT internet connection w.e.f. 30/07/2021 as per technician advice as no internet was possible in my area. My ACT account No. was[protected]. However, my connection is active till 06/09/201. I sent refund request for refund. But complaint has been closed two times without any reply. I called your customer care executive many times. They kept me waiting and did not return to talk. I provided my bank details also to them. But I have not received any refund. Very bad customer service. Never buy ACT fibrenet. I want my refund urgently.
