I have applied for a new connection on Oct 10, 2014, till now i have not received the connection. Please note that I had been promised by your Sales Executive (Venkat, 8033), during the application that connection will be done within 5 days. If I am not getting the connection before Oct 20, 2014, I want back my cheque payment.
