This is with regards of my new connection with act fibernet a/c no[protected] in my name which is got activate on 14/6/2016 but the router was not properly configured and because of that reason I was not able to use the net.after new connection I didn't get any call from technician whether it is working properly or not..i raised a ticket regarding router is not working properly last three day but after repeated call and writing a email to customer care till no one has turned up to rectified the issue this is how they treat their new customers... And customer services make fake promises that it will rectified in 24 hour ...
