I have called ACT Fibernet Bengaluru to install their services in my Flat which is situated at Kasavanahalli, Bengaluru. I had selected a package where 3 months subscription need to be paid in advance which was INR 4, 195. I paid the amount along with the documentation and my Prospect ID is[protected]. The service guy came and found out that there is some structural issue and asked me to break the wall for the connection. I denied as breaking the wall, repair and paint it will cost me. I called the engineer and asked them that I don't want to go ahead with the connection and need a refund. He (Sachin) confirmed that within a week I will get my refund. Post that he started avoiding my calls and even blocked me. I wrote the incident in Twitter and tagged @ActFibernet. Somebody from their office called me and I again explained them the entire situation. The person empathized and assured me that within 3-4 days, they will issue the refund. Now it's been 2 weeks from Day 1 and there is no response from anyone in ACT Fibernet. I think they duped me INR 4, 195. I feel cheated and wondering how can ACT Fibernet can do this taking somebody's money in advance and now not refunding the money and harassing by not even responding. Please help me to get my money back
