ACT Fibernet — Refund for power consumption charges of the junction box installed

I took act fibernet connection Account number[protected] and used for 7 months in the year 2021 (without knowing that company motto is to scam), they installed a junction box in my house and promised to give power discount every month and everything was fine and good till then but the main issue started when i disconnected act connection in December 2021. Repeatedly i called them and informed to remove that junction box from my home but they failed to do their work. When ever i called they would raise a ticket and inform me they would remove the box within 7 days but they would just close the tickets without any reason every single time i opened. I can't believe its been 20 months and they are still looting free power from my home without paying me for the power charges of their junction box. I need to get 100INR * 20 months= 2000INR from them in total and Remove that junction box. Recently 1 month back they contacted me after 100's of mails, calls to them and informed to send me a cancelled cheque, but again as we know that the company just know to escape from customers they still didn't process the refund even after taking blank cheque. It's been 20 months, so iam requesting one last time is to process the power charge you consumed from 20months for free and remove the box from my house.
