ACT Fibernet — Refund of payment for new connection not given due to technical reasons

I wanted a new broadband connection at my residence in hyderabad-plot no 105, ssi baba officers colony, sainikpuri po, secunderabad, hyderabad-500094. I spoke to your customer care rep on 13/14 aug 20 and as per his assurance i paid by netbanking rs 4543/- on 14 aug 2020 for plan a-max 700 (6 monthly plan.) however, due to technical reasons the new connection was refused by your technical team. Therefore, i asked for refund vide sr [protected] and was promised within 7-10 working days. Till date the refund has not been refunded to my bankers.
