ACT Fibernet — Shifting Request - No Response from beam

Hi, I have registered a shifting request with Beam(ACT Fibres) to potalapally residency. It has been 3 days and I have not received any call from beam regarding the request. I have followed up with customer care numerous times and they always keep saying, I will get the call from back end team. I am fed up with the Beam service, I want to disconnect my request. If you are not able to provide the connection then please tell so rather misleading the customer with false hope.

I have been a customer for beam for past 3 years and now I am annoyed with the kind of service they provide.The shifting request no with beam is 17608514.
