Dear Sir,
I have enrolled in 80mbps speed plan but I get only 3 mbps.
My interest speed is very low and this keeps happening often. Everytime someone raises complaint from my locality about the internet speed issue, the technical person fixes it and within one week again the internet speed is down where I get on an average between 20-30mbps. Else other times is 3mbps. Please check the screen shot.
Also, last week i had raised a complaint for internet speed as well as power backup. Only the tehnician for the power back up had called me. When the first time the technical person called, he told me to close the ticket and to call him if I have any issues. He also said not to call the customer service to reopen the ticket. The reason he gave for that it's because he has to pay the fine if I don't close the ticket on the same day. I said, I will only speak to customer service and close the tocket when issue is resolved, that time he said he will come to my place and resolve it immediately.
For the internet speed no one had ever called me yet and the ticket was closed by someone when no body even called me to ask about the issue in first place.
I had raised a similar complaint in this portal before too and the team ensured that I will not face this again. But again this kept happening again and again.
The Coimbatore team is not assisting the customers at all. Just for the name sake of closing the ticket, temporarily they resolve the issue. This is the most pathetic service ever!
Please fix the issue immediately.
