Post document submission and payment in advance for 3 months internet connection, sales rep is forcing me to send SELFIE TO WHATSAPP NUMBER. I refused and complained and all I faced was SPAM HARASSMENT. When I said I'll file a legal complaint, he said to go ahead. He is asking me why only I have a problem when everyone else is doing it.
Nowhere in the website it's mentioned we must send a selfie and customer support team also said I only need to provide PDF format photocopy. They told me to ask the sales rep for link where I can upload my picture but the sales rep refused to provide. Even to cancel connection, the sales rep forced me to send selfie.
Finally after email escalation, I received confirmation that my refund is being processed on 11th August 2022. Yesterday again they sent me an email stating I must self SELFIE. This is mental harassment, unethical behavior, unprofessional, cheating. If they have a rule like this, why wasn't it told and asked for before taking the payment?
