Please note that Netflix bill will not be paid by us... Since last month the next day of installation the plan was upgraded to standard without taking our concurrence for which Complaint No. SR[protected] was raised on 13.09.2023. No one bothered to check the customer issue and the complaint still not resolved and kept OPEN.
Every day msgs pop up that the issue will be resolved following day and nothing happens. Now again I have received another bill of Rs. 590 which will NOT be paid.
Please look into resolving my issue ASAP otherwise I may think to go back to my previous Hathway connection.
