ACT Fibernet - Very Poor customer Service - Totally disappointed. I recently applied new fibernet connection CustID[1297391]. On the first day i enquired, they followed me continuesly and @ 9 PM sales guy came to my home and done all the application formalities and collected 1700. He mentoned our service guys available in local area itself you will receive fast service all the time. After two day i called to customer support as i dint receive any calls. After that i received a call from technical guy (Parmesh). I mentioned my available timing 8.00AM - 11.30AM and after 9PM. He said working hours is 9.30 to 6.30 acceptable but (They always follow rules while giving service not while getting money/new connection) He said today morning @ 9.30 he will come but while calling at 9.30 he told he will be coming after 11.00. Highly disappointed. As like same problem with my new connection one sale guy whose name is prem just come and get that application and money for new connection on the next day itself i got an user id after that no more calls from them regarding the installation i just worse with the activity here and i just call the above mentioned sales person asking them that we doesn't receive any calls regarding Installation, he just said to me that person will be call u by today .Still i doesn't receive calls from them, Again i just call the same person on consecutive days, they again give one number with name prabha, i just call that person too no more replies too .i Will just wait till Monday, then also same activities means, i just go and file a case on consumer court with bills they issued during the payment and definitely i will make that persons involved in the activity and organization too.
