ACT Fibernet — Act fibernet broadband connection | |||||
I have recently moved to nellore, ap. I wanted a broadband connection, so i approached the above firm. They had promptly sent their sales rep to meet me, on the 22nd of august, when he collected the required fees. I received a verification call from actcorp on the 25th and i was told my connection would be installed the same day. I waited for 3 days and called the sales rep to enquire why my connection hadn't been installed. Then i found that the guy went on leave without processing my connection 4 days before. When i berated him for being irresponsible and threatened to complain, he then got the processing done. I finally got a payment received message on the 28th, 6 days after i actually paid the money. When i contacted customer care, they said that my installation would be done within 72 hrs from then. That time has passed and installation is yet to be done. I have been contacting customer care daily but they don't provide any proper response. They don't bother to properly listen, and simply give generic responses like we have forwarded the issue to concerned person one person even hung up the phone midway of a conversation when i asked for a timeframe. These guys don't have a system for complaining for poor service. This is highly unprofessional. Once they collected to fee for the service, they do it at their convenience. The only point of contact is customer care. I am stuck in a dead end. Was this information helpful? | |||||
