Adani Gas — Unethical way of penalty levied | |||
Customer ID - [protected]. I have received First notice from Adani Gas Ltd. at 14th June 2016 around. for payment of penalty / modification charges against unsafe condition of Gas installation. We talked with customer care officer immedietely for knowing exactly reason. They were unable to give us satisfied answer. so i asked for the proof like images of hose pipe for which they penalised us. They told me to do mail. I did mail at 19th jun 2016 .They didnt give reply by mail again despite of many reminders. Now they again sent notice at home on[protected] for the same and threatened us by discontinue of gas supply if we not pay penalty within 15 days which they demand without giving any justification. Today[protected] I again talked with Consumer care officer Ms./Mrs. SHIVANI madam. but we dont get satisfactiry reply/response. Was this information helpful? | |||
