Adecco — Wrong Date mentioned in relieving letter

I was resigned from Adecco private limited on 12th May 2016 nas joined Vodafone mobile service limited on 13th May 2016 ...but in relieving letter mention 15th June 2016 instead of 12th May 2016 so pls re-send new letter on my mail id
