The Headphone which I received is of very poor quality and not the branded one of Sony, also it is not working properly as one of its speaker is not working .Although I have returned the product and rthe same also reached to sender but they are not refunding my money or they reply to my email and the contact no on the website seems not to be correct .pl help me.

Is not working, i mailed them but they are not responding.
I can cancel the order in 2 hours.i did but they didn't response
Order have to be cancelled on time.
