hello my self Dheeraj Jain & My contact number is [protected], i buy a postpaid connection from idea, i want to migrate this number prepaid to postpaid. i paid 300 rupess in advance for security purpose before 4 days and they give me a receipt.They verified me fully behalf of my i'd proofs.But still my prepaid number is switch off & not activate postpaid number.And idea customer care not helping me in proper way. Pls help me what should i do
