Aditya Birla Group — Refusal of exchange of garment having larger size than mentioned

Sir I have purchased a ladies kurta from people store Davangere with bill no. S15/2926 in exchange of a previous purchased garment. The tag on the kurta is having M size tag, but the size is much larger than the previously purchased garments of the same brand. I ask the manager to exchange the garment but he is refusing to do so.l have already complaint on on madhura portal. Please allow me to exchange the garment.
