I was admitted in the hospital from 6th Nov to 12th Nov. 2021. Insurance company, BAGIC, delayed revised authorisation letter. So hospital charged difference amount from myself and told me to claim this amount from insurance company. Since then I'm trying to get the extra amount taken from me to be reimbursed. After lot up follow up and oral complaint through consulting Dr. Rajesh Badani, TPA team told me to take follow up with Bagic. For that they have taken more than 2 months to give concern communication documents. After receiving concern communication, I approached to BAGIC and came to know that Bagic has been made payment to ABMH vide urn no. SIN00043Q968655 amounting ₹262283.00 on 17/11/2020. Then I again contacted to TPA team. They send me to accounts and account s are telling, we have wrote mail to BAGIC. After a week period I again contacted to accounts section they are telling to take follow up with Brijesh of TPA. Now TPA not answering my calls. My money ₹23000/- has been blou with you.
