I was diagnosed by Dr Varsh Rangari on Dec 25th...she informed me that since she is going on leave, I can come for follow up on January 3rd... When your accountant charged me INR 750/=, I told her that I could have cone on 5th day but the doctor was on leave so she asked me to come on Jan 3rd, how is it my problem. She agreed it was her mistake but your supervisor (he should get an award) Mr Pankaj Singh started telling me illogical hospital rules so I had to take him to the doctor who agreed that she told me to come on Jan 3rd since she was on leave. Please tell me if the Doctor tells me that she will be on leave and so I have to come on January 3rd, I feel the hospital expects me to have found about their billing rules...if what the Hospital says is correct, the Doctor should have told me to come to visit an alternate doctor on 5th day...complete fraud...
