1. I got an email last month from Dhani Stating that your loan is closed, and even told me to raise a request for NOC from the Dhani App. I did that 2- 3 times but still have not got any NOC for Loan Closure. Till today i'm getting calls that u need to pay your EMI. My App shows that the loan is closed.
2. I swiped One Freedom Card on 15th Dec for an amount of Rs. 12000/-. My account got debited but the app says that the transaction failed. I haved shared a screenshot of all the transactions 3 times over email but not got any response.
I tried talking to your customer care officer but they are extremely rude and do not even know how to talk to customers. It's been more than 20 days that i have still not received any positive response or any refund for the said transaction.
3. Yesterday I paid Rs. 4000 which was due for January payment for One Freedom Card. I have an email which shows transaction is successful but still the app shows as a failed transaction.
If i don't get an answer for above queries i will definitely launch a complaint and take legal action.
