Aegis Bpo Services Ltd. / Pf Withdrawal — Unable to locate AP/HY/Pf in epfindia portal

http://www.epfindia.com/OLRE_portal.html doesn't give an option to choose AP/HY/ instead suggesting AP/HYD/ as an option. I am not sure how to I withdraw my PF. Also, Aegis overtook TeleTech India and I am not sure of my PF for TeleTech which Aegis should have provided me.
