Agarwal Household Shifting — Bike did not receive in good condition, cheated with money since beginning

Very bad experience happened with us few hours back
They will quote you an amount an when they came to pick up they increase the amount by saying this and that... unfortunately earlier conversations was not recorded. Now when it's urgent you pay them the amount and they take money for insurance also but don't give insurance copy neither bill details only they handover is a Challan. Moreover again they did not get it door delivery done and also bike was damaged like anything and not paying us the amount neither the insurance copy. It was told insurance claim amount was 1.50 lacs.

They are sending me videos which is incomplete mentioning only small damages happened and not showing the complete one.

We want justice and refund of the insurance amount and amount paid to them

Also would like to mention to unload the same from truck my husband had to go and do it with his labour's and then they told you pls help we will pay the labour cost which also they did not
