Horrible service. first before confirming the consignment, they will come ti the house to check the materials and quote u an amount. After lifting the materials, they increase the quoted amount. later on before delivering, they give vague reason and again increases the amount highest. As a customer, you are bound to pay the amount as your valuable materials are with them. They even blackmail you stating that they cannot deliver or start the transport till u pay 80% of the full amount. After delivery you will not find all the materials. Many will be lost or stolen. And also you will end up receiving damaged materials as well. I hired them to shift my materials to Mumbai from Kolkata. they quoted me 20000/- but I eneded up paying 36000/-. They stolen the 50kgrice sack, my cycle. Damaged 1whole carton box due to which my mom's saree got damaged. Do not hire them ever if you care your materials.
